Who controls the data
The data controller is Terajoule Limited (company number 729897), 20 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 H364, Ireland. For privacy questions, contact admin@terajouleenergy.com.
Contact and enquiry details
The enquiry flow keeps your answers in the browser while you complete it. Choosing “Create an email draft” opens your own mail client; the site does not submit the form to a database. Any name, email address, organisation, scope, horizon or project note is then handled through the email service you choose and by Terajoule to respond to the conversation.
Optional anonymous measurement
If you choose “Allow anonymous measurement”, the site sends only a coarse event name, page path, optional project label and timestamp to a first-party endpoint. We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, user-agent strings or advertising identifiers for this measurement. If you choose “Not now”, no measurement events are sent. The preference is stored in browser local storage, not a tracking cookie.
External services and links
Some pages link to or load material from other sites, including the Joule Model, Nohm and Project Artemis. Those services have their own policies. Follow the link only if you are comfortable with that service receiving a request from your browser.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data Terajoule holds about you, request correction or deletion, or object to a processing activity where applicable. Email admin@terajouleenergy.com and include enough context for us to identify the request. You may also contact the supervisory authority in the country where you live or work.
Policy date
This policy was last updated 7 September 2026. We will update this page when the site’s data practices materially change.
